LoBue Named to Management Position at Barrett Daffin
DALLAS – Vincent S. LoBue has been named as Associate Director of Bankruptcy Operations for the Texas-based law firm of Barrett Daffin Frappier Turner & Engel.
Mr. LoBue will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the firm’s Bankruptcy Department, ensuring compliance with servicing requirements, the Bankruptcy Code and local court rules as directed by staff attorneys.

Mr. LoBue has almost 15 years of experience managing bankruptcy matters. Most recently, he held the position of Senior Litigation Manager for a national bankruptcy firm in Dallas, and previously served as the manager for bankruptcy and post-foreclosure evictions for a California-based law firm. For a number of years, Mr. LoBue oversaw operations of the legal department of a major residential property management company.
Mr. LoBue holds an Associate of Arts degree in Legal Studies from Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, Calif., and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Mr. LoBue currently is working toward earning his Juris Doctorate at Concord Law School in Los Angeles.
