Phoenix - Commerce Bank of Arizona announced today that Humberto Stevens, vice president and business banking relationship manager for Commerce Bank of Arizona, has been selected to receive a 2008 Community Service Award from the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), Council 1057.

With other southern Arizona community leaders, Stevens will be recognized at an award luncheon on Friday, September 19, where his efforts improving the quality of life for all Arizona residents will be recognized. The luncheon will be held at the InnSuites’ Copper room, 475 N Granada Ave, in Tucson at 11:30 a.m.

“I am honored that LULAC has recognized my contributions to aid in the representation of the Latin-American community here in southern Arizona,” said Stevens. “Through Commerce Bank of Arizona’s professional support of my work and the Tucson region’s continuing joint efforts for advancement, we can all benefit.”
